The residence is located on a corner plot on the eastern slope of Mount Parnitha and was designed to accommodate a family with 2 children. The building is situated at the highest point of the plot to ensure the best possible view and southern orientation. The spaces are arranged on two floors, with the common areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor. The volume of the building has a Γ shape to protect the courtyard and pool from northern winds. That's why the northern side of the building is constructed with load-bearing stonework, a product of excavating the plot, and has smaller openings. On the contrary, the southern and western sides have large glass surfaces that allow light and views of the mountain and forest to penetrate the interior spaces. The roof of the building has a slope towards the north to protect against heavy snowfall prevalent in the area.

The entrance for pedestrians is from the main road, while for cars, it is from the perpendicular dirt road via a ramp that leads to the underground garage. The ground floor is developed on two levels following the slope of the terrain. The higher level includes the entrance, kitchen, and utility areas, while the lower level comprises the dining room and living room. An elevator is placed between the two levels, serving its main function while partially concealing the kitchen functions and creating two pathways to the kitchen and the exit of the residence. The staircase leading to the upper floor is designed to be lightweight, without risers and with a concealed metal structure, allowing views towards the eastern garden of the residence and creating a dialogue with the frames of the large glass adjoining it.

On the upper floor, three bedrooms are arranged in such a way that they have views of the mountain and the sea visible towards the south. The master bedroom has a balcony that creates a canopy over the living room on the ground floor and is interrupted by a corner window that removes the sense of boundaries towards the forest and the mountain. The connection between the master bedroom, the other two bedrooms, and the elevator is made through a bridge over the central atrium of the dining room, visually unifying the spaces of the ground floor and the upper floor.

The materials used for the construction of the residence, such as wood, stone, and exposed concrete, were kept in their natural form to establish a strong connection with the surrounding natural environment.
