Clean, minimalistic lines, white plaster, wood and local stone.
Villa has panoramic sea views and views to Kefalonia from each room. The main target of this project is to make combination between indoor areas and outdoor areas, to create dialogue between the architecture and green corners - oasis.
Area is 428 m2.
Ground floor consists by open living, dinning and kitchen area, master bathroom + master bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage, WC.
Basement consists by gym area +bathroom, sauna, bedroom + bathroom, technical room, storage and laundry room.
Outdoor area consists by large swimming pool with sitting area into it, jacuzzi, covered veranda with open kitchen and sitting and dinning area.
