Casanguilla is designed around the idea of fostering a connection with nature. The Apulian countryside is at the heart of the project with its rhythm, color, and sound. Nestled in 2 acres of private olive grove, built with tufo stones and painted with the 'scialbatura di calce' ancient technique, the house blends local tradition with modern minimalistic architecture. Sustainability is at the heart of Casanguilla's values, the building is thermally efficient and powered exclusively by solar energy. The property includes a main body with a living room, dining area with separate kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate entrance, complete the property. The first one is situated in a spacious modern annex, and the other in an intimate ancient lamia with a barrel vault. The 40 sqm pool is minimalistic and functional, while the outdoor loungers are designed to offer complete relaxation immersed in nature. The outdoor dining table and kitchen provide the perfect opportunity for ‘‘al fresco’’ dining.

Casanguilla è progettata con l'obiettivo di promuovere una connessione autentica con la natura. Al centro del progetto si trova la campagna pugliese, con il suo ritmo, i suoi colori e i suoi suoni. La casa è immersa in due ettari di uliveto privato, costruita con pietre di tufo e dipinta utilizzando l'antica tecnica della "scialbatura di calce". Questa dimora fonde sapientemente la tradizione locale con un'architettura moderna minimalista. La sostenibilità è un valore fondamentale per Casanguilla: l'edificio è progettato per essere termicamente efficiente e alimentato esclusivamente da energia solare.
La proprietà include un corpo principale con soggiorno, sala da pranzo separata e cucina, una camera da letto e un bagno. Inoltre, sono presenti due camere da letto aggiuntive, ciascuna con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente. La prima si trova in un ambiente separato disegnato in stile moderno, mentre la seconda si trova in un'antica lamia con volta a botte. La piscina di 40 metri quadrati, caratterizzata da un design minimalista e funzionale, è circondata da aree esterne porticate con cucina all'aperto.
