Boulders - Pastry and coffee shop | Bruna Rodrigues

Inspired by the connection between nature and human effort, Boulders was originated from the desire to give a new meaning to an eating experience.

​Our narrative while designing the space played with the work of a stonemason. Boulders was conceived as a block of stone carved to unveil different atmospheres where the irregularity of the natural material meets the precision of the man-made ones.

We wanted to create a dynamic space that could serve different needs. The striking color laid at the front of the shop capture the attention of the customers and limit the takeaway zone, the contrast between the irregular and polished elements in the main area elevates the status of the pastries and the secluded garden rooms incite the curiosity of the clients who want to experience a relaxing meal moment.
