The project is located in the enchanting area of Arenella in Palermo, within the marina.

The restaurant finds its home within a former boat storage facility, transformed to offer a culinary experience rooted in local traditions. The structure spans across two levels and is enriched by a charming outdoor courtyard.

In the design process, we paid particular attention to enhancing the space and its double-height feature. This choice allowed us to create a spacious and captivating environment, inviting guests to immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere.

The design of Restaurant Siso draws inspiration from the Mediterranean essence and local traditions. Careful material selection, including exquisite woods, warm tones, and artisanal details, has brought to life an elegant and refined setting where warm colors and cozy textures create an atmosphere of authenticity and charm.

Restaurant Siso stands as a tribute to Palermo's maritime heritage. Its privileged location in Arenella, an area historically inhabited by the Florio family and housing one of Sicily's most important tuna fisheries, imbues it with a rich historical and scenic aura.
