La Casa Maryvilla nace del lugar en el que se ubica, adaptándose al paisaje y a las condiciones de la parcela mediante una serie de movimientos topográficos. Una casa que mira hacia el paisaje, y que crea el suyo propio. Mediante el uso de materiales naturales, la integración de la piscina, la cubierta ajardinada, los amplios ventanales o el patio interior se logra diluir el límite entre el interior y el exterior, creando atmósferas equilibradas y atemporales que se mueven entre lo natural y lo edificado. Aplicando criterios bioclimáticos, instalaciones eficientes y el uso de energías renovables, la vivienda se aprovecha del emplazamiento de una forma tanto sostenible y saludable.

The Maryvilla House is born from the place where it is located, adapting to the landscape and the conditions of the plot through a series of topographical movements. A house that looks towards the landscape, and creates its own. Through the use of natural materials, the integration of the swimming pool, the landscaped roof, the large windows or the interior patio, the limit between the interior and the exterior is diluted, creating balanced and timeless atmospheres that move between the natural and the built. Applying bioclimatic criteria, efficient installations and the use of renewable energies, the house takes advantage of the location in a sustainable and healthy way.
