The Australian Open is globally recognised, each year continuing to push the boundaries of innovation and partnering with premium brands such as Penfolds. For AO23, official wine partner, Treasury Wine Estates, partnered with Tennis Australia to deliver a remarkable pop-up Penfolds Dining experience.
Chard International oversaw this project from concept through to execution transforming a vacant function hall into a fine dining restaurant. The project existed for 2 weeks alongside the 2023 Australian Open tournament.
