As a result of a most successful synergy between world's leading multibranded hospitality groups, Banyan Tree Group and Accor, along with RND Investments Greece, Banyan Tree Varko Bay is set to make its European debut in 2026 on Greece’s scenic Varko Peninsula in Pogonia, Aitoloakarnania.
Designed by Elastic Architects to keep Banyan Tree's uncompromised core values of sustainability and well-being deeply ingrained in the project, the five-star ultra-luxuriant resort will be the first in Europe to achieve LEED Gold certification and become a model of eco sensitivity for the hospitality sector.
Banyan Tree Varko Bay will feature 116 villas, 43 branded residences and an array of amenities including an award-winning Spa, a water sports center, a beach club and state of the art meeting and events spaces - all seamlessly enclosed into the striking coastal landscape of the Varko Peninsula.
