The Actiu Technological Park, located in Castalla (Alicante), is an innovative production and design space focused on the manufacture of furniture for workspaces and contract projects. With an area of more than 215,000 m², this avant-garde complex is the result of Actiu's vision and commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and the promotion of a healthy and collaborative work environment.

The architectural design of the park, by José María Tomás Llavador, was conceived following environmental and social responsibility criteria. In this sense, the park has solar and wind energy harvesting systems, as well as water management and natural air conditioning systems. All of this has allowed the Actiu Technological Park to be awarded the LEED® Platinum certification, the highest level in terms of sustainable building. In addition to its ecological commitment, Actiu promotes creativity and collaboration among its employees. The park houses open and flexible spaces that promote interaction and exchange of ideas. Additionally, the park has sports facilities and green areas that contribute to the well-being and quality of life of its workers.
