Rosa has decided to rehabilitate an original apartment from 1948. She wants the house to flow and gain natural light, avoiding the compartmentalization and the corridor that condems the service spaces to darkness and the background. Symmetrical convex curves allow us to make the most of the available space and gain a hall that invites us not to be still.

The new kitchen opens to the living room gaining volume and reclaiming the space it deserves. The raw materials ans earth tones give it the weight and importance it deserves. The bathroom expands, invading the main bedroom, forcing the new and the old to coexist.
