Apartment Ráfia | Tulli Studio

The Interior Design of the Ráfia duplex apartment is named after the couple's twin children, Ravi and Sofia, and also symbolizes one of the chosen plants for the project. Our office was hired to bring life to the newly built 156m2 apartment, customizing every detail to meet the family's needs and desires.

The Ráfia Apartment was designed to bring modernity, combining comfort without put aside Tulli's identity : black, biophilia, industrial and the play of volumes with straight lines. With touches of wood, marble and linear lighting, this apartment became unique and fulfilled exactly with the clients' wishes.

Upon entering the apartment, a large cube of white slated wooden was designed to mimic the door of the lavatory and extends to the kitchen, giving a sense of continuity and modernity to the space. A lowered black-painted ceiling was also made, sectorizing the entrance area with the kitchen, with linear lighting highlighting it. Next to the kitchen, there is a Via Lactea granite island with a mirrored bar at the end. The table, in turn, contrasts with the island, making the entire environment lighter, along with the modern globe pendant.

In the living room, a slatted wood ceiling was built in harmony with the asymmetrical metallic bookcase and the granite firepit. The bookcase design extends below the stairs where the void was filled with vegetation, bringing life to the apartment. The comfortable gray of the sofa, brings visual balance between the warm elements and the brick wall.

Outside, the relaxation area features a black deck, a water mirror, a waterfall, and another firepit, but this time, bringing a champagne cooler with it. Also, the natural vertical garden that was a desire of the clients, was broth to the outside, causing a sense of freshness and complements to the modern design of the apartment. Further ahead, there is a gourmet area and laundry room with finishes in white Calacata marbleized quartz and a solid wood table.

On the upper floor, the daughter's room is decorated with a large mirrored wardrobe and a gradient wallpaper. In addition, the study desk was designed with an angle, with the intention of hinder the passage to the bathroom and away from the wall for free curtain circulation.  The son's room features a technological theme, with gray slatted panels, wood and a 3D wallpaper.

To attend both of the badrooms, the apartment was designed with a Demi suite. In the bathrooms, all coatings were developed in microcement in the walls, leaving a more uniform and monolithic appearance. The sinks are sculpted in brushed São Gabriel granite, and inside the box, black bricks finish the finishes.

The main suite has a large black wardrobe whith a combination of mirrored, wood and reflected glass sliding doors. A special highlight for the slatted wood panel and ceiling with small strips of mirror between the slats and an asymmetrical linear lighting as the finishing touch. The bedroom design is also composed of a dressing table that "emerges" from the wardrobe, transforms into a padded gray headboard, and finishes at the other end with the bedside table.

In the home office, which was previously an uncovered balcony, a large metallic pergola with glass was built at the clients' request, closing it from the top and laterally, through Reiki windows. Moledo natural stones were used on the back wall of the top for 2 seats, conversing with the specified vertical garden on the lower floor. The glass shelves and armchairs complement the decoration of the space.

In summary, the interior design of the Ráfia Apartment is an example of modernity and customization, creating a unique space that meets the family's needs and desires. Tulli Studio used its high level of expertise in creating functional and elegant environments, adding value to the property and Tulli studio project portfolio.

O Projeto de Interiores do apartamento duplex Ráfia, recebe o nome da junção dos nomes dos

filhos gêmeos do casal, Ravi e Sofia e que também simboliza uma das plantas escolhidas. O

escritório foi contratado para dar vida ao recém construído apartamento de 156m2,

personalizando cada detalhe para atender as necessidades e desejos da família.

O Apartamento Ráfia foi projetado para trazer a modernidade, unindo o conforto, sem deixar a

identidade da Tulli de fora: o preto, a biofilia, o industrial e o jogo de volumes com linhas retas.

Com toques de madeira, mármores, iluminação linear, esse apartamento se tornou único e

realizou exatamente os desejos dos clientes.

Ao entrar no apartamento, foi projetado um grande cubo de madeira branca ripada que

mimetiza a porta do lavabo e se estende até a cozinha, dando a sensação de continuidade e

modernidade ao espaço. Foi feito também um rebaixo de forro, pintado na cor preta, que

setoriza a área de entrada com a cozinha, com a iluminação linear destacando-a. Junto à

cozinha temos uma ilha em granito via láctea com um bar espelhado realizado na extremidade.

A mesa por sua vez se contrasta com a ilha deixando todo o ambiente mais leve em conjunto

com o moderno pendente de globos.

Na sala de estar, um forro de madeira ripada foi construído em harmonia com a estante metálica

assimétrica e a lareira em granito, O desenho da estante se estende até abaixo da escada onde

o vão foi preenchido com vegetações, trazendo vida ao apartamento. O confortável sofá em

tons de cinza traz o equilíbrio visual em relação aos elementos quentes e parede de tijolinhos.

No exterior, a área de relaxamento conta com um deck preto, um espelho d’água, uma cascata

e uma lareira com champanheira. Um jardim vertical natural traz uma sensação de frescor e

complementa o design moderno do apartamento. Logo adiante temos a área gourmet e

lavanderia com acabamentos em quartzo marmorizado Calacata branco e uma mesa de

madeira maciça.

No pavimento superior, o quarto da filha é decorado com um grande guarda-roupa espelhado e

um papel de parede em degradê. O quarto do filho apresenta um tema tecnológico, com painéis

ripados em cinza e um papel de parede em 3D. Além disso, a bancada de estudos foi projetada

com uma angulação para não atrapalhar a passagem até o banheiro e afastada da parede para

ter livre circulação da cortina.

Este apartamento foi projetado com uma Demi suíte, atendendo os 2 quartos de solteiro. Nos

banheiros, todos os revestimentos foram desenvolvidos em microcimento, deixando o aspecto

mais uniforme e monolítico. As cubas são esculpidas em granito São Gabriel escovado e dentro

do box tijolinhos pretos finalizam os acabamentos.

A suíte principal tem um grande guarda-roupa preto espelhado e um destaque especial para o

painel e forro de madeira ripada com pequenas tiras de espelho entre as ripas e uma iluminação

linear assimétrica fazendo a finalização. O design do quarto ainda é composto com uma

penteadeira que “surge” do guarda roupas, se transforma em uma cabeceira cinza acolchoada e

finaliza na outra extremidade com a mesa de cabeceira.

No home office anteriormente era uma sacada descoberta, então a pedido dos clientes, foi

construído um grande pergolado metálico com vidro fazendo o fechamento superior e também

lateral através de janelas de Reiki. Foi utilizado pedras naturais moledo na parede de fundo do

tampo para 2 lugares, conversando com o jardim vertical especificado no andar inferior. As

estantes de vidro e as poltronas complementam a decoração do espaço.

Em suma, o projeto de interiores do Apartamento Ráfia é um exemplo de modernidade e

personalização, criando um espaço único que atende às necessidades e desejos da família. A
