An apartment of 155 m2 in a modern landmark residential complex designed by "Tsimaylo Lyashenko and Partners". The house is located on one of the main city avenues on one side and the Moskva River embankment on the other. The apartment has been designed for a family with three children. It has to be both a "family nest" and a place for comfortable receiving guests. It was important to maintain a balance: to take into account the modern architecture of the house, to reflect the owners' love for elegant Parisian interiors without turning the project into stylization, and to reflect the client's interest in vintage design. Classic elements coexist in the project with modern objects, and paintings add individuality to the interior.

The developed planning solution divides the apartment space into a large common area and a private area, making it comfortable for all family members.
