Pineapple Palm Cafe | Patrick Torcasio

Pineapple Palm Cafe is the business creation of husband and wife team Adam and Kylie along with their long-time friend Nick.

With their shared passion for good food and beverages, we set about designing a fresh new take on the Melbourne café scene that reflected their dreams and seaside location.

Designing this coastal industrial vibe interior, where white is our hero. Reflecting on the sea foam and the St.Kilda bleached Australian sand. We’ve combined the rustic comfort of a seaside shack with the relaxed glamour of a high-end cafe retreat.

Coastal design is not just for holidays, as I can see myself sitting by the window all year round drinking a big mug of hot chocolate (with a nip of rum) watching the world go by. Equally a cold beer in summer, admiring all the lovely people and quirky nautical themes we managed to fill into this café interior.

With great coffee, music and scrumptious food made onsite from fresh local produce, Head Chef Lucas Caporal (ex-Red Spice Road) developed the menu, blending his Asian cooking experience with his Brazilian roots. Simply Magic, making Pineapple Palm Cafe the perfect place.
