The house is located on the top floor of a 1930's building that originally had a false ceiling that hid a double height. After the demolition, a whole structure of pillars and load-bearing walls of solid brick and mobila wood beams from New Orleans (USA) were discovered. The floor plan of the house is rectangular with the night area facing the main street and the day area facing the backyard with a small terrace. A large and bright common space is created for the living room, dining room and kitchen, which also have the double height in which the loft with the studio is seen.a house is designed with clean and natural materials, where the predominant color white and soft tones in all materials: flooring, tiling, furniture and carpentry, in this way it is achieved that highlight the original elements recovered from the house. The result is a spacious and luminous space where vegetation is one of the main protagonists together with simple furniture and a careful and simple lighting.

La vivienda se sitúa en una última planta de un edificio de 1930 que originalmente contaba con un falso techo que escondía una doble altura. Tras el derribo se descubre toda una estructura de pilares y muros de carga de ladrillo macizo y las vigas de madera de mobila provenientes de Nueva Orleans (EEUU). La planta de la vivienda es rectangular con la zona de noche dando a la calle principal y la zona de día al patio trasero con una pequeña terraza. Se crea un espacio común amplio y luminoso para el salón, comedor y cocina, los cuales cuentan también con la doble altura en la que se ve el altillo con el estudio. Se diseña una vivienda con materiales limpios y naturales, donde predomina el color blanco y los tonos suaves en todos los materiales: pavimento, alicatado, mobiliario y carpinterías, de esta forma se consigue que destaquen los elementos originales recuperados de la vivienda. El resultado es un espacio amplio y luminoso donde la vegetación es una de las principales protagonistas junto al mobiliario sencillo y una iluminación cuidada y sencilla.
