The mission of Satinal Group has always been offering the right response to customers’ needs: from the design and construction of furnaces and ovens for lamination, thermal tempering, chemical tempering and Heat Soak Test of glass, to the production of the best solutions for laminating glass with STRATO® EVA glass interlayers product range.

A long-term growth project that aims to respond to the demands of an increasingly awaring international clientele and, at the same time, to progress in step with the evolution of the market and the growth of demand.

The product portfolio is therefore in continuous evolution: since 2017 the Group has been understanding the aesthetic advantages of the EVA interlayers, founding its own brand, STRATO® EVA Interlayers, 100% made in Italy, meeting the requests of architects and designers from all over the world.

A finished product giving great results: it can be declined in interior and exterior projects, with all the advantages of a layered product and resistant to the phenomenon of external agents. The film EVA is a thermosetting and cross-linking material that creates three-dimensional bonds at the molecular level during the lamination process; it is not sensitive to either humidity or temperature.

STRATO® COVER is one of the most recents products included in STRATO® product range.

The concept has its roots in the local craftsmanship that, by veneering the furniture, offered modern and innovative shapes and textures. STRATO® COVER is an evolution, offering a new key to the design world. The glass, while being covered, allows the transmission of light that, in turn, gives rise to plays of light and shadow. An innovative use of glass and its additional components, which creates new and interesting applications. In short, an innovation in innovation that lends itself to a new function: the STRATO® EVA becomes the crosslinking both glass and various types of surfaces and decorative materials, thus allowing the creation of glasses with solid colours, or marble effect texture, or even woven straw or denim effect. Endless possibilities come to life thanks to the new STRATO® COVER range, which allows architects and designers to sign exclusive and unique projects.

Moreover, STRATO® COVER can cover all types of glasses, even very thin thickness ones thanks to a chemical tempering process that increases the mechanical resistance.

A CARBON FREE version of STRATO® EVA interlayers is available: a new product range of highly innovative interlayers produced through a fully sustainable raw materials supply chain and an eco-friendly production process with which STRATO® EVA has obtained the ISCC+ Certification (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification).
