The Crafty Swan was inspired by Perth’s vibrant artisan food and beer culture.
Incorporating the sophistication of a premium restaurant but in a relaxed casual dining space. The menu was designed in collaboration with Michelin-careered chef, Jason Walker. This marked a significant turning point in what travelers can expect from airport dining.
Equally, Perth International Airport were clear on their brief. They wanted a reflection of Perth’s growing artisan food and craft beverage culture to come to life. Making significant investment to ensuring their vision became a reality.
The Crafty Swan venue in part plays its role as an international gateway into the city.
