A new office space, open, flexible and bright: they are the new Zambon Biotech offices, designed by studio elementare.

The company has expressed the need to organize the spaces for the new offices into a large open space,as well as common areas - meeting room, break area, copy area and services, and offices for management.

“Each space has been designed to manage relationship in an appropriate and agile way, as well as creating points of view towards the outside, which open onto the trees and mountains around” explains Paolo Pasquini.

Studio elementare has therefore chosen to use elements capable to act as "filters of respect" and movable furnishings, as well as the extensive use of sound-absorbing materials, to ensure maximum flexibility and easy subdivision of spaces, according to different levels of visual or acoustic : this provides the right space for every work need, in a team, alone or on the phone.

All the closed environments do not have right angles in the planimetry, accompanying the gaze along a continuous flow of sinuous spaces; the internal partitions have been realized with glass walls, which allow great brightness without hindering the acoustics and livability of the spaces. The colors turn towards delicate and neutral colors, to underline a shared, large and welcoming environment for workers and visitors.

Un nuovo spazio per uffici, aperto, flessibile e luminoso: è la sede di Zambon Biotech, progettata da studio elementare.

L’azienda ha espresso la necessità di articolare gli spazi per i nuovi uffici in un grande open space, oltre a spazi comuni - meeting room, area break, area copy e servizi, e gli uffici per la dirigenza.

“ Ogni spazio è stato pensato per poter consentire di gestire in modo opportuno e agile i flussi, oltre a creare dei punti di vista verso l’esterno, che aprono sugli alberi e sulle montagne dell’intorno “ spiega Paolo Pasquini.

Studio elementare ha per questo scelto l’uso di elementi che fungono da “filtri del rispetto” e di arredi mobili, oltre al largo uso di materiali fonoassorbenti, per garantire la massima flessibilità e facile suddivisione degli spazi, secondo diversi livelli di isolamento visivo o acustico, fornendo così il giusto spazio per ogni esigenza di lavoro, in team, da soli o al telefono.

Tutti gli ambienti chiusi non presentano angoli retti in planimetria, accompagnando lo sguardo lungo un flusso continuo di spazi sinuosi ; le partizioni interne sono state sviluppate con pareti vetrate, che permettono grande luminosità senza ostacolare l’acustica e la vivibilità degli spazi. Le cromie virano su colori delicati e neutri, a sottolineare un ambiente condiviso, ampio e accogliente per lavoratori e visitatori.
