The project conforms to an arrangement already defined by the zoning regulations.


Two conditions are chosen in terms of the shape and materials of the buildings, the first with three blocks assumes the  harshness of the street, looks outward and makes contact with the city, opening to it in a firm and coherent way; they are built in steel. The second condition covers three other linear blocks and adapts to the projected green areas with a softer language and materials, wood and steel, to a certain extent also glass and vegetation that represent a fundamental element for the project as a whole.


As for the housing, a certain typological diversity is chosen, recognizing the original conditions of the competition. Thus, the existence of duplex apartments becomes the axis of the project, especially the building located in the center of the plot whose situation is the most unfavorable, consists of two stacked duplexes, the lower one related to the first floor garden and the upper one linked to the roof level; two dwellings with two gardens with different characteristics. Based on orientation and visual relations, the different types of dwellings are developed in order to create optimal living conditions under the required technical conditions and with high quality materials.

El proyecto se ajusta a una ordenación ya definida por la normativa de zona.


Se opta por dos condiciones en cuanto a la forma y materiales de los edificios, la primera con tres bloques asume la dureza de la calle, mira hacia el exterior y toma contacto con la ciudad, abriéndose a ella de manera firme y coherente; se construyen en acero. La segunda condición, ampara otros tres bloques lineales y se adapta a las zonas verdes proyectadas con un lenguaje y unos materiales mas blandos, madera y acero, en cierta medida también vidrio y vegetación que representan un elemento fundamental para el conjunto del proyecto.


En cuanto a las viviendas, se apuesta por una cierta diversidad tipológica, reconociendo las condiciones originales del concurso. Así, la existencia de apartamentos dúplex se convierte en el eje del proyecto, especialmente el edificio situado en el centro de la parcela cuya situación es la más desfavorable, consta de dos dúplex apilados, el inferior relacionado con el jardín de planta baja y el superior ligado al nivel de la cubierta; dos viviendas con dos jardines con distintas características. Sobre la base de  la orientación y las relaciones visuales, los diferentes tipos de viviendas se desarrollan con el fin de crear condiciones de vida óptimas en las condiciones técnicas exigidas y con materiales de alta calidad.
