The Aventino Penthouse is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Rome.
Each room overlooks large terraces that flood it with natural light.
In order to emphasize this luminosity, the living area has been opened up as much as possible, leaving the various functional areas of the kitchen, dining room and entrance in visual communication.
The staircase, previously incorporated within a wall and therefore totally hidden, has been “rediscovered” and emphasized while exploiting the space in width and enhancing its architectural lines.

In the living room the fireplace wall, surrounded by symmetrical niches, has created a centrality that gives it depth and importance.
A very important role is played by the presence of art, which completely pervades every room and merges with the architecture itself.
The dining and kitchen areas are conceived as a family environment, to be experienced spontaneously in everyday life. Despite this, the refined style is highlighted through the shapes, perspectives and preciousness of materials.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The upper floor houses a study space, a guest bedroom and a bathroom, which overlook the marvelous Roman roofs.

La Aventino Penthouse è una residenza situata in una delle aree più prestigiose di Roma.
Ogni suo ambiente si affaccia su ampie terrazze che la inondano di luce naturale.
Al fine di enfatizzare questa luminosità, la zona giorno è stata aperta il più possibile, lasciando in comunicazione visiva le varie zone funzionali della cucina, del dining e dell’ingresso.
La scala, precedentemente inglobata all’interno di una parete e quindi totalmente nascosta, è stata “riscoperta” ed esaltata, sfruttando lo spazio in larghezza ed esaltandone le linee architettoniche.
Nel soggiorno la parete camino, affiancata da nicchie simmetriche, ha recuperato una centralità che le conferisce profondità e importanza.
Un ruolo molto importante è svolto in questa casa dalla presenza dell’arte, che pervade ogni ambiente e si fonde con la stessa architettura che la accoglie in modo ragionato.

Le zone del dining e della cucina sono concepite come un ambiente familiare, da vivere spontaneamente nella quotidianità. Nonostante questo lo stile ricercato si evidenzia nelle forme, nelle prospettive e nella preziosità dei materiali scelti.
La zona notte comprende tre camere da letto e due bagni.
Il piano superiore ospita uno spazio studio, una camera ospiti e un bagno, che si affacciano sui meravigliosi tetti romani.
