Forden House
Renovation Montreal / Canada / 2021
Our client wanted to transform the public areas of his Westmount home, built in the 1900s, in light of contemporary preferences
for an open plan.
Everything was compartmentalized on the ground floor, so we opened it up while making sure not to disfigure the original beauty of the residence.

Upstairs, we reshaped the space to create a luxurious master suite, which includes a spacious dressing room and a primary bathroom, without changing the dimensions of the bedrooms so as not to reduce the value of the property for resale purposes.
