Complete renovation and interior design of a vacation rental building located in the heart of El Carmen, inside Valencia’s old town.
The colours present in the façade, gives character to each of the floors inside the building, intended for the different uses of the house.
The curve, a geometric element that defines the pre-existing railing that protects the staircase, is reproduced on each of the floors in the form of furniture, walls and decorative coatings.
A neutral base invaded by texture, thanks to the pre-existing stone walls and pantographed wood panelling, act as the canvas of this project of complex geometry and small floor plan.
A vacation rental house located in a protected building of 4 floors in height overlooking the Cathedral of Santa Catalina.
