Casa Lubi | ZDA | ZUPELLI DESIGN ARCHITETTURA

Atmosfere luminose, eteree, armoniche e vagamente “zen” caratterizzano Casa Lubi, disegnata da ZDA e realizzata interamente a misura con l’obiettivo di riattualizzare in chiave contemporanea il cascinale oggetto dell’intervento. Che, nello specifico, ha riguardato la ristrutturazione a 360 gradi di tutti i locali, secondo un concept architettonico ed estetico in equilibrio tra passato, presente e futuro. Il piano terra ha dunque assunto i tratti sobriamente eleganti di un open space che ora ingloba soggiorno e cucina, dove spicca l’isola a due altezze, per differenziare lo spazio di lavoro da quello conviviale, con tre grandi aperture fisse sul giardino e bagno di servizio, scala diretta al reparto notte dove sono presenti due camere da letto, un bagno, una lavanderia e una camera padronale con cabina armadio e bagno privato. 

Per quanto riguarda scala e pavimenti la scelta è ricaduta sul parquet, abbinato al cemento architettonico nel caso invece di bagni e pareti; le porte raso muro sono state realizzate a misura, mentre l’illuminazione sottolinea e alterna elementi architettonici con pezzi iconici; mobili in legno laccato, piani bagno e lavabi bagno in Corian, top e schienale cucina in Dekton completano la panoramica sui materiali impiegati, nell’intenzione di ottenere un effetto dinamico e stratificato, pur nel rispetto dell’essenza “tradizionale” del cascinale. Motivo per cui è stato mantenuto il soffitto in legno, seppur sbiancato per renderlo più à la page, così come la colonna originale in mattoni, rispettata nella sua integrità originale. Accentuati invece gli slanci creativi al piano primo, dove tutto è stato realizzato in stile ultra moderno, con soffitti e ribassamenti in cartongesso per un distintivo tocco country-chic.

Luminous, ethereal, harmonious and vaguely "zen" atmospheres characterize Casa Lubi, designed by ZDA and made entirely to measure with the aim of updating in a contemporary key the farmhouse that was the subject of the intervention. Which, specifically, involved the 360-degree renovation of all rooms, according to an architectural and aesthetic concept in balance between past, present and future. The ground floor has thus taken on the soberly elegant features of an open space that now encompasses the living room and kitchen, where the double-height island stands out to differentiate the work space from the convivial one, with three large fixed openings to the garden and a service bathroom, direct staircase to the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. 

As far as staircase and floors are concerned, the choice has fallen on parquet, combined with architectural concrete in the case instead of bathrooms and walls; the flush doors have been made to measure, while the lighting emphasizes and alternates architectural elements with iconic pieces; lacquered wood furniture, bathroom countertops and bathroom sinks in Corian, kitchen top and back in Dekton complete the overview of the materials used, with the intention of achieving a dynamic and layered effect, while respecting the "traditional" essence of the farmhouse. Reason why the wooden ceiling was kept, albeit bleached to make it more à la page, as well as the original brick column, respected in its original integrity. The creative leaps are accentuated on the first floor, where everything was done in ultra-modern style, with plasterboard ceilings and lowerings for a distinctive country-chic touch.
