Dopo aver vinto il concorso di architettura nel 2001, il progetto sviluppato tra il 2009 ed il 2010 prevede la riconversione degli ex mercati generali della frutta e verdura di Corso Sardegna a Genova, sia attraverso il recupero e restauro degli edifici vincolati, sia attraverso l’introduzione di spazi pubblici, funzioni commerciali, terziarie, pubbliche e residenziali. Il costo dell’intervento è di circa 90 mil/€.

After winning the architecture competition in 2001, the project developed between 2009 and 2010 involves the conversion of the former general fruit and vegetable markets of Corso Sardegna in Genoa, both through the recovery and restoration of the listed buildings, and through the introduction of public spaces, commercial, tertiary, public and residential functions. The cost of the intervention is approximately 90 million/€.
