RECOVERY HISTORICAL CENTER | LDARCHITECTS

Dealing with the Historic Center, and in particular its recovery and enhancement, means first of all to deal with the enhancement of an ECONOMIC GOOD important for the community that owns it.
A historical center, in fact, besides representing the history of a community, to represent its identity and culture, especially in times of economic and financial crisis, must be thought of as an asset, precisely economic, to be used to help improve and enhance the economy of a community.
Therefore, to develop a project, including marketing / enhancement of a historic center, requires however to deal with:

strategies aimed at pursuing the protection of the identity of the built (identity is a changing concept and does not mean museification) in order not to lose the true value of the monumental and widespread economic heritage;
strategies to be developed for the tourist-economic revitalization of the historic center;
of the ways in which to make known (to those who live there, live it, visit it), the value of the existing heritage (the largest and the minor fabric) both for its defense / protection and for its enhancement.
In this direction the project developed, for reasons of space, tries to touch on some of the strategic themes listed that would be developed in a completed form at a later stage.

Occuparsi di Centro Storico, ed in particolare del suo recupero e valorizzazione, significa anzitutto occuparsi della valorizzazione di un BENE ECONOMICO importante per la comunità che lo possiede.
Un centro storico, infatti, oltre a rappresentare la storia di una comunità, a rappresentarne la sua identità e cultura, soprattutto in tempo di crisi economica e finanziaria, deve essere pensato come un bene, appunto economico, da utilizzare per contribuire a migliorare e potenziare l’economia di una comunità.
Dunque, sviluppare un progetto, anche di marketing/valorizzazione di un centro storico, impone comunque di occuparsi:

delle strategie finalizzate a perseguire la tutela della identità del costruito (l’identità è un concetto mutevole e non significa museificazione) per non perdere il vero valore del patrimonio economico monumentale e diffuso;
delle strategie da mettere a punto per il rilancio turistico-economico del centro storico;
delle modalità con cui far conoscere (a chi lo abita, lo vive, lo visita), il valore del patrimonio esistente (quello di maggiori dimensioni ed il tessuto minore) sia per la sua difesa/tutela, sia per la sua valorizzazione.
In questa direzione il progetto sviluppato, per ragioni di spazio, cerca di toccare alcuni dei temi strategici elencati che sarebbero da sviluppare in forma compiuta in una fase successiva.
