[ENG] - The pure beauty of the Austrian mountains embodied in an architectural design capable of both dialoguing with the surrounding landscape and accommodating fascinating furnishing pieces inside.

We are among the peaks of the Wilder Kaiser in Austria, facing the famous Kitzbühel Horn mountain, perfectly framed by the large windows in the living area of this elegant chalet known as ALM360.

The interior design, by Aufschnaiter - a well-known Minotti retailer and design studio with more than 20 years of experience - was inspired by various key brand values: quality of life, peace and nature. These were translated to form a spatial synthesis in which the relationship between what we feel and what we see is one and the same, a cleverly designed compositional balance for a new interpretation of Tyrolean architecture.

The symbiosis of traditional raw materials and modern technological solutions brings a sense of exceptional comfort and a refined aesthetic to this chalet nestled in the green mountains.  The spaces have been designed as welcoming environments: from the living area to the three guest rooms, each with en suite bathroom, to the large wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath and direct access to the swimming pool with its own outdoor terrace. The continuous connection between indoors and outdoors is emphasised by the choice of furnishing pieces from the Minotti collection, designed precisely to create a fil rouge between the domestic and open-air spaces. These include the rigorous Roger seating system by Rodolfo Dordoni and the Superquadra bar cabinet by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 establish a dialogue with the graceful Tape Cord Outdoor chaise-longue by Nendo located in the adjacent wellness area. A seamless unit, not only to look at, but also to touch and perceive: kicking off your shoes, the Osaka wool rug designed by Minotti Studio is as warm and welcoming underfoot as the wooden slats of the floors. And the same warmth is reflected in the use of stone in the Keel coffee table by Rodolfo Dordoni, which brings the graphic veins of the mountains outside back into the home interior.

The large living area, characterised by the exposed roof trusses made of reclaimed wood, runs between the freestanding fireplace and the large panoramic windows, emphasising the awe-inspiring views visible from the living room and the large dining area.

The Linha table by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27, protagonist of the space in compositional continuity with the rigorous volumes of the kitchen, maintains the coherence in its own solid wood top. It is accompanied by the soft comfort of the Torii dining small armchairs by Nendo, perfect for spending many hours around the table, without ever tiring of admiring the surrounding landscape.

Adjacent to the living area is the master bedroom, whose enveloping mood sees the use of leather and fabrics with an extremely tactile texture: the Roger Bed by Rodolfo Dordoni synthesises this sensation, connecting the sober elegance of the leather base with the material headboard in woven fabric. The Harvey Line bedside tables, also by Rodolfo Dordoni, balance the interplay of textures.

The entire interior design is based on the sophisticated use of materials, shapes and their constant harmony: a fascinating mix of fine, natural raw materials and contemporary design influences.

[IT]  - La pura bellezza delle montagne austriache incarnata in un progetto architettonico capace di dialogare con il paesaggio circostante tanto quanto di accogliere al suo interno arredi di grande fascino.

Siamo tra le vette del Wilder Kaiser in Austria, di fronte alla famosa montagna Kitzbühel Horn, perfettamente incorniciata dalle ampie vetrate della zona giorno di questo elegante chalet denominato ALM360.

Il progetto di interni, a cura di Aufschnaiter – noto rivenditore Minotti e studio di progettazione da oltre 20 anni - si è ispirato a diversi punti cardine: qualità della vita, pace e natura, tradotte in una sintesi spaziale in cui il rapporto tra ciò che si sente e ciò che si vede è un tutt’uno, un sapiente equilibrio compositivo per una nuova interpretazione dell’architettura tirolese.

La simbiosi tra le materie prime della tradizione e le soluzioni tecnologiche moderne conferisce grande comfort e un’estetica raffinata a questo chalet immerso nel verde delle montagne. Gli spazi sono stati progettati all’insegna dell’accoglienza: dalla zona giorno alle tre camere per gli ospiti, ognuna dotata di bagno en suite, fino all’ampia area benessere con sauna, bagno turco e un accesso diretto alla piscina con relativa terrazza all’aperto. La continua connessione tra interno ed esterno è sottolineata dalla scelta degli arredi della collezione Minotti, studiata proprio per creare un fil rouge tra gli spazi domestici e quelli open-air; così il rigoroso sistema di sedute Roger di Rodolfo Dordoni e il mobile bar Superquadra di Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 ben dialogano con le sinuose chaise longue Tape Cord Outdoor di Nendo situate nell’attigua zona benessere. Un tutt’uno senza soluzione di continuità non solo per la vista, ma anche per le sensazioni tattili e percettive: il tappeto in lana Osaka, Minotti Studio design, accoglie la camminata a piedi scalzi con lo stesso calore delle doghe in legno dei pavimenti, così come l’uso della pietra nel coffee table Keel di Rodolfo Dordoni riporta nell’interno domestico le venature grafiche delle montagne esterne.

L'ampia zona giorno, caratterizzata dalle capriate del tetto a vista in legno di recupero, si snoda tra il camino autoportante e le ampie finestre panoramiche enfatizzando le prospettive che si possono ammirare dal soggiorno così come dall’ampia zona pranzo. Il tavolo Linha di Marcio Kogan / studio mk27, protagonista dello spazio in continuità compositiva con i rigorosi volumi della cucina, mantiene la coerenza dell’uso del legno massello per il proprio piano, accompagnato dalla morbida comodità delle poltroncine dining Torii di Nendo, perfette per trascorrere molte ore attorno al tavolo, senza mai stancarsi di ammirare il paesaggio circostante.

Adiacente alla zona giorno si trova anche la master bedroom il cui mood avvolgente vede l’uso di pelle e tessuti dalla trama fortemente tattile: il letto Roger Bed di Rodolfo Dordoni sintetizza questa sensazione mettendo in connessione la sobria eleganza della base in pelle con la materica testata in tessuto ordito. Ad equilibrare il gioco di trame, i comodini Harvey Line, sempre a firma di Rodolfo Dordoni.

L’intero progetto di interni si basa sul ricercato uso dei materiali, delle forme e della loro costante armonia: un affascinante mix di materie prime pregiate e naturali e di contemporanee influenze di design.
