The task of architecture today is to meet the megatrends of the future. The LE PLUS project meets the essential challenges of urban redensification to conserve land as a resource and to create identities against anonymisation. The mixed use reinforces the urban character. The compact form requires little floor space, and it also creates identity due to its clear symmetry and square outlines. Nevertheless, LE PLUS is not a solitary building, but is integrated into the city via the open staircase and a small restaurant.

The stratification from outside to inside is also apparent in the use of the building. Loggias and terraces offer free space in front of the actual offices, which are neutral in terms of use to the greatest possible extent. They can be changed just as the building anticipates the changes in the city, especially in the airport area. The project with its 6,000 m² GFA in the urban expansion area of Nice near the airport is scheduled to start in summer 2023.
