Ines's oasis
This is the renovation of a small apartment in an area of Milan which is now the subject of major urban transformations, such as the Fondazione Prada by Studio OMA and the new Bocconi Campus by the studio SANAA.
We are in the southern part of the city, right next to the railway ring. Here next to the new icons of Contemporary Architecture still coexist old evidence of houses built for the working class in the early 1900s, which in Milano took the the popular name of "case a ringhiera" (railing houses).
The Living area is characterized by a very simple, natural mood and almost rustic....some chickens have escaped from the hen house and are scratching around the kitchen!
The bathroom has been thought like a small Art Gallery and with colored tiles we paid tribute to some works of Ellsworth Kelly, the great Master of American
