The house is accessed by stairs (1) that descend from 104, 18m to 95m. From here the panoramic views of the sea open through two tunnels, one facing south (2) and the other straight onto the sunset (3). Continuing the route you enter the ground floor or go down directly to the basement. The ground floor is organized with living room, study, kitchen and dining area, the rooms all overlook the terrace facing south-east and the swimming pool (4 ). Between the living room and the dining area, a staircase allows you to go down to the basement. The access corridor to the basement is illuminateci from above by the glazed transparent swimming pool (5) and the glass flooring of the roof (6); the corridor is actually a large multipurpose space for reading, relaxation, fitness activities, it has also a kitchen that opens on the terrace (7). On the floor we find a guest bedroom with two beds, two double bedrooms and a double bed-room complete with toilet (8) as well as a wellness area complete with every comfort overlooking the three external thermal baths (9). AII the rooms face south-east on the splendici seascape.
AII the roofs of the house are made with a walkable garden roof, terraces, so you can walk all around end over the house; a theatrical grandstand will offers a 360 ° panoramic view of the sea and the island (1O).
