The master plan for this 1,500-acres (607-hectare) of re-claimed land from Yellow Sea in Incheon Korea is for an integrated community, featuring upscale office, commercial and residential buildings. To attract international businesses, investors and residents, the project includes activity centers and specialty developments such as: a golf resort, entertainment retail, international villages, museums, theaters and hotels. This international community, set in a lush park-like environment with the Yellow Sea to the West and a beautiful, clean recreational lake to the east, will be home to 62,000 residents. Together with its neighbors, a new cruise and shipping port and the new International Business District of New Songdo City, Songdo Landmark City will become a world-class destination.
