Vox Architects is a Russian studio that specializes in conceptual public architecture, commercial and private interiors, landscaping and placemaking. It provides a full cycle of project work — from concept and working documentation to the author's control of project implementation. The geography of projects is constantly expanding both within Russia, and in other countries – the portfolio includes objects in the UK, Monaco, Cyprus, the UAE, Germany, etc.

Vox Architects is the first Russian studio that received international acknowledged awards RED DOT and FRAME AWARDS for Architecture and Interior Design. The studio is the winner of the BEST OF THE YEAR award, established by the American Interior Design Magazine. It is a multiple winner of the Best Office Awards and other Russian and international awards.

Design idea
In this case the framework set by the Project Customer is not applicable.
We do not create just an interior, we work with a fine-tuning of consciousness.
The image is defined by the architectural situation, professional intuition and determination.
Our longing to make each moment a discovery and avoid routine facilitates counter-intuitive decisions and fascinating results.

Organization of space
The attic floor of a three-storey mansion with many windows enabled us to create a perfect space. We completely demolished the internal partition walls, roof lining and all communication lines.
It took just a few partitions to separate the functional zones. Only a block of bathrooms with a round window, a server room, a meeting room and a dining room are completely isolated. The rest is unifying.

The complex geometry of vaults, roof slopes and ceiling niches hold an acoustic overload and dampens vibrations. Slit diffusers, built-in light lines and darklights emphasize the plasticity of the form. Elegant glass partitions with applied 3M raster create multiple refractions, duplication of colour spots and reflections…

We chose the best for ourselves - technological light Flos and Artemide, the latest thin slit diffusers Invisiline, furniture solutions from leading manufacturers - Vitra, Okamura, Narbutas, Herman Miller, Sawaya & Moroni and our long-time favourite Sixinch.
The studio is developing, modern comfortable furniture, two large monitors on the desktop are a norm. Acoustics, ventilation, a library of books and samples, good light are a necessity.
The energy of the space boosts and fills the workflow with extra meaning.

People working here regard their profession as a way of life, and the studio is the place where they spend most of time and embody their most fantastic dreams and projects.
