The property is a project by the Studio Palomba Serafini. The house is in Nardò, in the south of Puglia and it offers a truly authentic experience in the rural reality of Salento.
The house is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment, and it has an open kitchen on the second floor.
The living room is a hub between the two bedrooms and it has a skylight to bring natural light that illuminates the entire space. The design is very minimal but it gives the right comfort to its guests.

Just a few steps from the center of Nardó, Casa Piana occupies two levels.
Enter directly into a spacious living room, with two sleeping areas on either side. A living room skylight guarantees soft and natural light throughout the day.
Both bedrooms feature a deliberately minimal look, showcasing their clean lines and colors.
One bathroom features a spacious masonry bathtub; a second bathroom is outfitted with a large shower.
Originally a simple terrace, the upper floor has been transformed into an extension of the living area. Glass and iron structures enclose the kitchen, framed on either side by a dedicated dining area and a lounge designed for relaxation, complete with a large sofa and plenty of plants.
Casa Piana is characterized by soft lighting and essential design throughout, the result of careful personal research and reflection.

Position
Casa Piana is located in Nardò, heart of Salento between Lecce and Gallipoli.
Nardò is a charming town in southern Puglia. Nardò is typically one of those Italian places where the pace is slower than in the big city. Casa Piana is a few minutes' walk from the lively center, with small cafes and great restaurants. In summer, most cafes and stores are closed during the hottest hours of the day, so you can have an excellent drive to one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Within also a 15-minute drive you are in the seaside town of Gallipoli and the iconic Porto Selvaggio natural park. In addition, there are more than a dozen beaches to reach in just under 20 minutes' drive.
The sea is just a few km away and the Brindisi airport is 40 mins drive.
