From its brand identity to its interior design, the same design principle was followed. The domination of white, as of Mykonos Island characteristic colour, is applied to all surfaces enhancing the simplicity of the design. Daylight is reflected on the white surfaces as it enters the building, allowing a feeling of purity.

Τhe project’s intention was to create an open-plan space, which would turn into a reference point, that brings the most unique items for residential areas equipment together. The main design goal was to maintain the unity of the whole. Using pure lines, a sense of visual comfort is achieved, holding the ensemble together despite the wide range of products.

The diversity of the products on sale, led to design a spatial approach based on the concept of the array. In this fashion, the interior is separated into four sections, representing the categories of products developed on each side of a central element. The separation is accomplished via black linear elements running through the internal of the store, mentally specifying the different areas. The centre of the shop is dominated by an open meeting area, in a bright yellow colour – a symbolism of the sun of Mykonos. Its strong presence is perceived from the outside, attracting the passerger and leading him inside. From this point, the visitor gains full visual contact with the whole store.
