Our team was tasked with a creation of a recognizable image of a business class facility in the central district of the capital.
The concept is to create 145 apartments of different comfort classes with underground parking.
As the object provides point placement in the densely populated district of the city, facade solutions were proposed from so called "slices" placed at different angles. Facing "slices" of modern composite panels of individual color and different formats provides the key to its unique identity.
The techniques which were used allowed to achieve architectural expressiveness and dynamism of the multifunctional complex.
