The project intervenes on a pre-existing office located at 212 Volcán Street, Lomas de Virreyes, Mexico City, in which it is intended to change the formal concept of an everyday office, to a more informal and industrial environment.

The design spatially and operationally harmonizes the areas of the project, which are divided into two: the central public area which is embraced by the entire private area of work and services.

Lambrines made from blacksmith solera frames frame this first reception area, where there is a wooden tree in a serial plan as a central attraction. This is accompanied by a red booth placed on a Monterrey marble floor, and a video wall on the access wall where special brand content will be played. Due to the heights within the space, a bronze-colored mirror ceiling was placed in order to expand and change the spatiality of the place.

Entering the office, two work areas were designed. This first one is interconnected with a private one, which house work tables and a central table for the use of the space. However, by means of an olive green curtain, the zones can be divided when the client decides. Both spaces use oak wood furniture, and preserve the building's pre-existing materials: apparent concrete floors and the ceiling with the apparent installations painted in black.

Next to it is the main office that is linked to the terrace that overlooks Calle de Volcán, and the meeting room. The meeting room is surrounded by a set of materials, textures and tinted glass, which will have a double function, one as a blackboard and another to spatially expand the area. A chevron wood wall, where a screen was placed, matching the wooden tables and credenzas, a black terrazzo floor with white and brown aggregates, and the ceiling with the apparent installations painted in black. The dynamism achieved by playing with various elements makes the space one of the main features of the project.

As part of the services that were included in the architectural program, a kitchenette-bar with a second work area was incorporated. The olive green color is present again, but it is displayed on the walls painted in that color. These finishes are accompanied by wooden furniture, Monterrey marble countertops in the kitchenette, and the bottle rack made of blacksmith screeds.
