[ENG] - Viale Fulvio Testi is steeped in centuries-old history, it has connected Milan to the surrounding hinterland for decades. Generali SGR offices are located alongside this major stretch of road in Milan. In 2019, the company decided to give its spaces a more innovative look. The architectural renovation (renamed "Testi 280") was carried out by Studio D2U - Design to Users who, with no hesitation whatsoever, selected WoodN sunshades for the upgrade and to provide solar shading to the façades.

 WoodN engineered wood sunshades guarantee a perfect aesthetic result, as evidenced by the fascinating play of colors of the façade. WoodN created a sunshade profile for the occasion, customer-designed by the D2U architecture firm, featuring a new mounting system. The JF35068 WoodN sunshades made of engineered wood guarantee perfect panel adaptability, through declinations that meet the unique functional needs of the interior spaces.

Several mock-ups, such as installation tests, were carried out in order to ascertain the product characteristics required for the project were met. In particular, the customer-designed WoodN sunshades ensure optimal performance in terms of refraction of the sun's rays, all the while maintaining a strong aesthetic appeal.

All this once more highlights the extreme customization potential that WoodN sunshades offer for façade design. Each product combines high customization with excellent structural solidity. Moreover, WoodN sunshades characteristics, such as being eco-friendly, impermeable, light and resistant to fire or parasites, make them truly remarkable. What is more they are also formaldehyde-free and provide surprising dimensional stability.

WoodN also saw to the designing of the roof pergolas (JF20058) and of the cladding of planters, benches and the stairwell, which were clothed with a WoodN decking profile (DT17029).

[ITA] - Viale Fulvio Testi porta con sé una storia centenaria, collegando da decenni Milano al suo hinterland più prossimo. Ai lati di questa fondamentale tratta milanese trovano spazio gli uffici di Generali SGR. Nel 2019, l’azienda ha scelto di dare un look più innovativo ai suoi spazi. L’intervento di ristrutturazione architettonica (ribattezzato “Testi 280”) porta la firma dello Studio D2U - Design to Users, che non ha avuto dubbi nel scegliere i frangisole WoodN per la riqualificazione e la schermatura solare delle facciate.

I frangisole WoodN in legno composito hanno infatti garantito una perfetta resa estetica, come testimonia l’affascinante gioco di colori della facciata. Per l’occasione, WoodN ha confezionato un profilo frangisole, disegnato per l’occasione dallo Studio di architettura D2U, con un nuovo sistema di fissaggio. Il frangisole WoodN in legno composito JF35068 ha così garantito una perfetta adattabilità dei pannelli, attraverso declinazioni che rispondono alle peculiari esigenze funzionali degli ambienti interni.

La realizzazione di alcuni mockup come prove di installazione ha reso possibile un approfondito studio sulle necessarie caratteristiche di prodotto da ottenere. In particolare, i frangisole WoodN creati per l’occasione assicurano performance ottimali in termini di rifrazioni dei raggi solari, pur mantenendo un forte appeal estetico.

Tutto ciò sottolinea, ancora una volta, l’estrema possibilità di personalizzazione che i frangisole WoodN offrono per il design delle facciate. Ogni prodotto unisce alte possibilità di customizzazione a un’eccellente solidità strutturale. Le altre caratteristiche primarie che contraddistinguono i frangisole WoodN sono la loro natura eco-friendly, l’impermeabilità, la leggerezza e la resistenza a fuoco o parassiti. A queste si aggiungono l’assenza di emissioni di formaldeide e la sorprendente stabilità dimensionale.

WoodN ha curato anche la definizione delle pergole di copertura (JF20058) e del rivestimento di fioriere, panchine e vano scale, portati a termine con un profilo da decking WoodN (DT17029).
