JS house is placed in a residencial area of a small village called Vagos. The main objective was to have an one-story house that promoted an easy and direct connection between the interior spaces, the garden and exterior living place preserving all privacy.

This plot is mostly plan so the implantation of the one-story house was spontaneous. JS house has a formal cut orthogonal volumetry with a heavy presence of the white colour. Is a simple volume with no diversification of coating materials, marking some specific moments in the house with a light grey coating on the facade like the main entrance or the exterior living place in the back. 

About volumetry and interior distribution, JS house is orientated to the back to keep the privacy. From the street, the main facade has just a few openings having, on the back, more and bigger windows. The plan was designed with an L shape creating an exterior and private living place inside. 

The interior organization intends to create a direct connection with the exterior. Living room is centralized with a mission: connect all internal spaces. Living room as a privilegious relation with the landscape, increasing several windows to the south since the south has a direct view of both kitchen and plot.

To the south, was design an exterior pavement that works like na extension from the interior house promoving a straight connection between the residentes and the landscape. Also the rooms want to create this connection. Close to the land boundary, on west, is placed the garage. This division is separated from the house having a single and direct contact across a sun shade allowing the connection between volumes of the garage and the house.
