Romantic Classic Version of European Style Villa.

This Classic Designed House has a beautiful chic game of Black and White for the exterior and interior of the house. This black and white configuration gives a luxury elegant look to all the house. These games can be seen in variations of the elegant carpentry through out the rooms as well  as, in the two huge  marble islands in the kitchen, in the fireplace and tv wall in the Living room and last in the facades of the exterior walls of the house. These alternating colours stand out  even more, when given 3D cnc carvings within the carpentry.

There are 4 complete suites on the upper floor and one more in the basement. The house is about 350 sqm on a 500 sqm plot. This total renovation project involved the addition of 3 porches and a built in pool. The windows were all modified in size and structure giving the house a romatic european look. The house expanded a little and most walls demolished creating a greater vision from the kitchen area to the pool and living room. Constuction pillars are hidden in the carpentry so unseen by the visitor. The Wine Cabinet was madetohide two construction pillars of the house.

The villa has a pool at the side leaving a great play groung for the kids.
