Detached single-family house located in the exclusive Torre en Conill urbanization in Bétera, next to the Escorpión Golf Course. The rectangular-shaped plot, with its ends at Calle Rosinyol (south-east), Zona Verde (south) and Campo de Golf (north-west), has a surface area of 900.00m2.

The property consists of 3 different floors, with a total built area of 832 m2 (1.026 m2 including porches and terraces). The semi-basement floor comprises the leisure programme and multi-purpose rooms, the first floor houses the entire day programme in a large open-plan space, and the first floor houses the night programme.
