CASA SAZU | ZDA | ZUPELLI DESIGN ARCHITETTURA

Un intervento soft eppure distintivo e caratterizzante. Ristrutturata senza modifica di disposizione interna, Casa Sazu è stata ripensata nei dettagli e nella fisionomia, all’insegna di un gusto minimalista e contemporaneo, essenziale ma al tempo stesso sofisticato. Il pavimento, in cemento architettonico, è stato immaginato sulla base di quello già esistente, in sintonia con la volontà di dare continuità al cambiamento; cartongessi e rilassamenti sono stati creati ad hoc per incassare la cucina e l’armadio della camera, entrambi realizzati a misura. ZDA ne ha curato la fornitura, così come quella dell’arredo commerciale, dal letto alle sedie, dal divano all’originale illuminazione contraddistinta da una testata led (luce indiretta) sulla quale sono stati poi collocati dei faretti spot per illuminare la cucina, conferendo all’ambiente la giusta atmosfera, amplificata anche dalla scelta dei colori, chiari e neutri: bianco, per tutte le parti fisse - serramenti, porte, pareti, soffitti in legno - e toni tra il sabbia e il legno per pavimento e arredi.

A soft yet distinctive and characterizing intervention. Renovated without changing the interior layout, Casa Sazu has been rethought in its details and physiognomy, under the banner of a minimalist and contemporary taste, essential yet sophisticated. The floor, made of architectural concrete, was imagined on the basis of the existing one, in keeping with the desire to give continuity to the change; plasterboard and relining were created ad hoc to incorporate the kitchen and the bedroom wardrobe, both made to measure. ZDA took care of the supply, as well as that of the commercial furniture, from the bed to the chairs, from the sofa to the original lighting characterised by a LED headboard (indirect light) on which spotlights were then placed to illuminate the kitchen, giving the room the right atmosphere, amplified also by the choice of colours, light and neutral: white for all the fixed parts - fixtures, doors, walls, wooden ceiling - and tones between sand and wood for the floor and furniture.
