Corte del Tiglio is the new project that strengthens the collaboration between Archventil and Rinofanto Development, and is the first real estate project to go to CrowdFundMe, also announced by Sole24Ore.

The project involved the construction of 5 residential units divided into two buildings, each with large windows overlooking a private garden.

The location is Milan, in Via Bonaventura Zumbini, a rapidly developing residential area.
The area has long been recognized as degraded, but in recent years it has been affected by numerous redevelopment and attraction interventions to give new life to the neighborhood.
Corte del Tiglio is part of this flow with the construction of five single-family housing units that overlook an open space divided into individual units plus a common area.
The complex measures 379.9 m2, of which 275.2 m2 is commercial and is organized in an "eco-smart apartment" style in two structures: one with a pitched roof that enjoys ample height, used for the construction of mezzanines, maximizing space; the second, on the other hand, has a standard internal height, compensated however by the presence of two large terraces on the roof.

Everything is immersed in a green context onto which the large panoramic windows that characterize each unit open and cancel the boundary between inside and outside.
The entrance always takes place in the living area with open kitchen. The environment is flooded with natural light filtered by the foliage of the Tiglio, already existing in the state of fact and safeguarded, from which the project takes its name. There is also an anteroom and bathroom, with a shower in a niche to ensure a larger size, and a bedroom. Developing deeper and having no other openings on the other fronts, the lower volume was illuminated in the service area and in the sleeping area thanks to the installation of Velux to guarantee an optimal condition of comfort.
From a technological point of view, attention has been paid to the environment and energy saving to guarantee an eco-friendly approach, while for the smart feature, now synonymous with contemporary living, the Living Now line by BTicino has been used to allow those who live there all the advantages of home automation.

The finishings are another important aspect of this project. The living area are covered with LISTONE GIORDANO parquet. The tiles of the bathrooms are CERAMICA VOGUE.

In addition to the architectural aspect, Archventil also took care of the graphic design (project brochure) and the final staging to describe the spaces. In this phase, an image of living is returned that shows the flexibility of the environments on two levels and the importance of the interaction between indoor and outdoor.

Very elegant TON chairs return a feeling of hospitality and comfort thanks to the interaction with the architecture and with the other elements present in the space. SALVATORI's marble sculptures, sometimes with pure and elegant shapes, others sophisticated and timeless, have instead contributed to evoke the image of a unique environment for the attention to its details. Finally, it is the works of the Milanese artist SOFIA CACCIAPAGLIA that bring the human figure into the lofts thanks to her canvases that depict bodies in motion and at the same time floating.

Thus the two apparently independent volumes have been transformed into two arms that welcome a courtyard with an enormous lime tree in the center.
