"Residenza Porta Volta (RPV) Luxury" is the latest project of the architectural firm arcHITects that, in the city of Milan and beyond, is consolidating its position as a reference point for architectural design and interior design dedicated to the specific sector of short term rental.

The apartments of Residenza Porta Volta (RPV), located between the now iconic district of Paolo Sarpi and the new area of Corso Como/Varesine, are located within a building in the style of "classic Milan" that was recently renovated to be entirely devoted to short term rentals. arcHITects has thus defined a targeted design, in order to improve the peculiar aspects of the short term rental: permanence of guests and profitability of the apartments, two key points for which the short-medium term rentals are becoming a real trend in the real estate market in Milan with a growing demand (and consequent supply).

For "RPV luxury" arcHITects has been responsible, from 2008 to date, the interior design of all the apartments in the Luxury category. The initial project started with the design and implementation of the spaces of two pilot apartments, but the growing interest, the remarkable success and the architectural research that has created a touch & feel able to enrapture the guests have confirmed the project with a gradual increase in the number of apartments of the Luxury category in the RPV building.

After careful research, study of spaces and peculiarities of this new market segment, the study has found the style and solutions that best meet the needs of "RPV luxury": both for structure and for needs, taking into account not only the experience of accommodation in the medium term, but also the ease of maintenance and upgrading during and after the rental period. Durable materials, simple yet iconic furnishings, high quality lighting, and a complete décor that is cared for down to the last frame create the perfect product. The RPV building, together with the new luxury apartments, is an example of modern architecture aimed at the smart and avant-garde soul of the new Milan, which anticipates trends and is the first to absorb new ways of living but with the ability to preserve and protect its historical identity.

Thus, the interiors. arcHITects plays - as in its style - with the colors: the palette of colors fully sampled on the wall and very bright colors with strong contrasts lend themselves to make the atmosphere of each apartment cheerful, informal and light. Coherent but different, the apartments are distinguished from each other: each one is presented with unique colors and decorations so as to make each unit a small living experience that guests can choose according to their personal feeling. The goal is to create environments that make guests feel at ease by stimulating new sensations through a contamination of space with colors and contrasts often beyond the usual but in complete harmony with the space they live in.
