Studio CB1 | ACV Studio

Studio CB1 è un piccolo Open Space nel centro storico di Balestrate adibito a Studio di Architettura. Il Progetto è figlio dello sventramento di un vecchio appartamento svolto di pari passo ad un iter di Sanatoria dell’intero immobile di cui fa parte. Lo studio si presenta come un Volume Bianco perfettamente liscio estruso da un prospetto in traversato grezzo con cui contrasta bruscamente. La scatola Bianca rappresentata in Prospetto nasconde in realtà un anima Nera nelle finiture di Interior.

Il Candore esterno torna nell’ interior ad avvolgere pareti e soffitti andando in contrasto con il Parquet a Spina Small di Kerakoll nel tono scelto dal Maestro Lissoni (WR10 oggi KK73) coadiuvato dalle soglie in Pietra Lavica in corrispondenza delle giunzioni con gli infissi. Nel Bagno le Vecchie piastrelle coverizzate dal bicomponente hanno trovato nuova vita.

Studio CB1 is a small Open Space in the historic center of Balestrate used as an Architecture Studio. The Project is the result of the gutting of an old apartment carried out in parallel with an amnesty process for the entire property to which it belongs. The studio looks like a perfectly smooth White Volume extruded from a rough transverse elevation with which it sharply contrasts. The White box represented in Prospetto actually hides a Black soul in the Interior finishes.

The external whiteness returns to the interior to wrap walls and ceilings, contrasting with Kerakoll's Spina Small parquet in the tone chosen by Maestro Lissoni (WR10 today KK73) assisted by the lava stone thresholds at the junctions with the window frames. In the bathroom, the old two-component tiles have found new life.
