Looking towards Montmartre, this small apartment located along the Jardins d’Eoles (Eoles Gardens) gathers all it’s technical spaces in a radical and visible object, a mirror-cladded cube that distributes an entrance, a spacious living room & kitchen and a bedroom suit & bathroom. Designed for a young urban, every square meter is thought towards a pragmatic approach of living : the kitchen has been moved to open up in the living room, the bathroom has been compacted to fit in a tiny but comfortable space inside the cube, and the bedroom can be separated with the rest of the apartment by a monumental, folded door, also hidden in the mirrored element. No space has been left apart in this radical project, so that even small, the apartment offers large and generous living spaces, and opens up widely towards the urban landscape around.
