The start of a carrier requires some luck and conviction. As our first construction, we are first-timers in all aspects. Interest and dedication is what we want to share.

The project

The landscape is a source of multiple solutions for an architectural composition. In this case, the view to the mountains was a fundamental piece in the decisions made. The ceilings collaborated in the idea of looking towards the objective. We kept in suspension throughout the process the idea of the landscape according to the modern movement ‘‘the sky must touch the land if you wish there to be landscape in architecture.’’

As a result of this reflection, the ceilings as elements of a greater flexible composition in the edification allow us to work on it to close the idea. The planes rise to a height of 3.66m, which is two times the size of a person. The inclination is a synonym of hierarchy, that’s why this element selects the location of the environments in a pertinent way. The idea of descent directed to the mountains, makes the intentions clear to the viewer.

The square morphology of the environments helps us to conceive a proportional shelter, the height from the floor to the roof selects which way should a hole be open with the aim of looking towards the landscape, with no excuses of a volume in front of it. The best example is the living room space where the ceiling rises and looks over the bedroom area. Likewise, the guest bathroom maintains a height of 2.40 meters, so the space looks the landscape above it. The open kitchen is the cherry of these space, it allows to be use for the interior as well as the exterior as a bar.

The constructive system is a lightweight format that speeds the construction process. The modulation of the blocks and the lines in the roof allow us to give this project all the details that a country house demands.

Todo Inicio de una carrera, tiene que tener algo de suerte y convicción. Como nuestra primera obra, somos primerizos en todos los aspectos. 

 El proyecto

 El paisaje es una fuente de múltiples soluciones para una composición arquitectónica. En este caso, la vista hacia las montañas es pieza fundamental en la respuesta de las decisiones a tomar. Los techos colaboran en la idea de mirar hacia el objetivo. Mantuvimos en suspensión en todo el proceso la idea del paisaje según el movimiento moderno “El cielo debe tocar la tierra si deseas que haya paisaje en la arquitectura”.

 Como resultado de esta reflexión, los techos como elementos de mayor flexibilidad compositiva en una edificación de un nivel nos permitió trabajarlo para cerrar la idea.  Los planos se elevan a una altura de 3.66, que es 2 veces el tamaño de una persona. La inclinación también es sinónimo de jerarquía, por ello, el dicho elemento selecciona la ubicación de los ambientes de una manera pertinente. La idea de ascendencia dirigida a las montañas, deja al espectador las intenciones claras.

 La morfología cuadrada de los ambientes nos ayuda a concebir una proporción de cobijo, la altura de piso a techo selecciona hacia donde se debe de abrir un vano que el resultado sea ver el paisaje, sin existir excusas que exista un volumen por delante. El más claro ejemplo es el espacio de la sala donde se eleva el techo y mira sobre la zona de habitaciones. Así mismo, el baño de visita mantiene una altura de 2.40m para que el espacio mire el paisaje sobre él. La cocina abierta es la cereza de este espacio, donde sirve tanto para el interior como al exterior a modo de barra.

 El sistema constructivo es un formato liviano que acelera su proceso constructivo. La modulación de los bloques y las líneas del techo nos permiten brindarle el detalle que una casa de campo exige.

 Sin duda alguna, un equipo de profesionales en compresión con el cliente, son capaces de sostener ideas conceptuales de principio a fin. ¡Viva la Arquitectura!
