Venetian countryside between Treviso and Venice. Typical house built in the sixties without the connotations of an agricultural building while immersed in the valuable agricultural countryside on the border between Venice and Treviso.

The project was born with the aim of achieving two results. 1. Architectural redevelopment without upsetting its formal connotation. 2 Energy efficiency.

It is a subtraction project without expecting to redo a house that refers to an idea of a dwelling typical of its period but without assuming that this period is to be repudiated. Eliminate the external stairs (dangerous and uncomfortable). Eliminate the excessive presence of partially useless terraces. Eliminate volumetric waste by creating continuity between the first and second floors.

Maintain the windows that allow the framing of almost pictorial views of the context. Opening new views to multiply the gazes towards the countryside and closing those that such views are inhibited. Also keep the old paving facing the street in Istrian stone which is not old.

True energy efficiency. Not energy efficiency to use the superbonus but to make the property more efficient by using the super bonus where it is needed. The superbonus works account for less than 50% of the intervention but the property is of category A3 with an increase of 5 energy classes. Low temperature heating with radiant ceiling panels. Thick thermal insulation (17 cm). Triple glazed windows. Photovoltaic system with storage. Primary energy generator in heat pump and chiller. Consumption management through real building automation. Controlled mechanical ventilation associated with dehumidification.

Campagna veneziana tra Treviso e Venezia. Tipica abitazione realizzata negli anni sessanta priva dei connotati di edificio agricolo pur immerso nella pregevole campagna agricola a confine tra Venezia e Treviso.

Il progetto nasce con lo scopo di raggiungere due risultati. 1. Riqualificazione architettonica senza stravolgere la sua connotazione formale. 2 Efficientamento energetico.

E’ un progetto di sottrazione senza pretendere di rifare una casa che rimanda ad una idea di abitazione tipica del suo periodo ma senza presupporre che questo periodo sia da ripudiare. Eliminare la scale esterna (perciolosa e scomoda). Elimare l’eccessiva presenza di terrazze in parte inutili. Eliminare gli scarti volumetrici creando continuità tra piano primo e secondo. 

Mantenere le finestre che permettono l’inquadramento di vedute quasi pittoriche del contesto. Aprire nuove vedute per moltiplicare gli sguardi verso la campagna e chiudere quelle che tali vedute sono inibite. Mantenere anche la vecchia pavimentazione fronte strada in pietra d’Istria che vecchia non è. 

Vero efficientamento energetico. Non efficienamento enrgetico per utilizzare il superbonus ma efficientare l’immobile utilizzando ove è serve il superbonus. I lavori di superbonus incidono meno del 50% sull’intervento ma l’immobile è di categoria A3 con un aumento di 5 classi energetiche. Riscaldamento a bassa temeperatura con pannelli radianti a soffitto. Isolamento termico di grosso spessore (17 cm). Serramenti a triplo vetro. Impianto fotovoltaico con accumulo. Generatore di energia primaria in poma di calore e chiller. Gestione dei consumi tramite vero building-automation. Ventilazione meccanica controllata associata alla deumidificazione.
