Instead of a place, characterized by compact and continuous fronts we opted to build three towers. Three slender buildings that allow the orientation of the containing apartments in three directions without disturbance, and the living areas to cover a 180 degree horizon, from the mountains of the Sierra of Madrid to the Skyline of the Castellana with its four towers, as well.

This arrangement allows for the disappearance of small interior courtyards and the discovery of an open garden, with light and views. It is the public heart of a project that values the community and its encounters, not only in the tired repetition of the commercial, but in the birth of different episodes that thread sociability.

The apartments are window and vision, their load-bearing structure is displaced to the perimeter and their sanitary blocks are concentrated to allow for versatility in layouts and flexibility based on storage.

The outer appearance of the buildings is metallic and shiny, evading the earthy and brown shades so common in Madrid dwellings. Its corner are curved and adapted to the outlines of the site. Once a forest grows in the garden between the towers, the buildings will be part of that forest that bestows a silhouette of life.

Frente a un lugar que se caracteriza por los frentes compactos y continuos, optamos por construir tres torres. Tres edificios esbeltos que permiten que las viviendas alojadas en ellos miren sin trabas a tres orientaciones distintas, que sus zonas comunes abarquen un horizonte de 180 grados, desde la sierra de Madrid hasta el perfil de la Castellana con sus cuatro, también, torres.

Esta disposición permite la desaparición del patio y el descubrimiento de un jardín interior que recibe luz y también vistas. Es el corazón público de un proyecto que valora la comunidad y sus encuentros, no sólo en la repetición cansina de la oferta comercial, sino en el alumbramiento de distintos episodios que hilvanan  sociabilidad.

Las viviendas son una ventana y una mirada, su estructura portante se desplaza a los perímetros y sus zonas húmedas se concentran para permitir una versatilidad en los tipos y una flexibilidad apoyada en el almacenaje.

Su aspecto exterior es metálico y brillante, huye de los terrosos y los pardos tan comunes en la vivienda madrileña. Sus esquinas se curvan y se adaptan al dibujo del emplazamiento. Si entre las torres se construye un bosque, los edificios son una parte más de ese bosque que confiere una silueta de vida.
