As part of a large sea side destination developed by Orascom, the Rotana Salalah is the sultanate’s largest free-standing five-star beach front hotel with 400 rooms and suites positioned along an elaborate network of Venetian waterways which connect the property to the Indian Ocean overlooking the famous Salalah Beach. The symbiosis of western lifestyle with Omani’s art of living was GM Architects guideline for the interior concept. Scattered around the lagoons, the hotel rooms, suites and public areas reflect the splendid Omani architecture interpreted in a refined and elegant modern approach with simple yet textured finishes and custom carved detailing. A lot of the FF & E elements are bespoke specifically for this location.
