Location: Interior design of modern apartments for a young and successful family. In this design project with an apartment area of ​​190 m2 and a terrace of 80 m2, we have placed everything you need, but the living room turned out small. Having carried out a set of measures for the reconstruction of the terrace, 30 m2 was given to the living room. We divided the living room by the fireplace into a movie screening area and a reception area. On the terrace there is a large table, barbecue area and kitchen with the necessary appliances. We made the master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom a separate block. The design of the master bedroom is done in dark strict tones and has plenty of daylight. For the little residents of this apartment, the priority was to make a large playroom and a small bedroom, as the children are same-sex. The kids room has a climbing wall, a drawing board, sports ladder with swings and ropes, as well as a closet for storing books and toys. The apartment is equipped with a smart home system, supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning, branded furniture and quality materials.
