This multi-family house in Stekene stands out because of its unusual roof. Despite its shape, it connects seamlessly with the adjoining building. The white brickwork is sober, but the arrangement of the bricks (half-stone bond and soldier bond) provides a subtle contrast in the facade. Warm autumn red accents in the eaves and the (garage) door give the design a playful character.

Behind the white facade are three spacious 3-bedroom flats, spread over four floors. All have their own outdoor space from which the residents can enjoy a beautiful view of the city park. Thanks to the special shape of the roof, the top floor could be used to its maximum capacity.
