Penthouse on the Seafront of Alicante

The penthouse is located in a new building, barely 8 years old, with an architectural structure of steel, glass and concrete that had deteriorated significantly, making this a particular renovation challenge.
The interior designer overseeing this project, Antonio García of Dekorasihome, has taken New York lofts as his main inspiration, with their high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows and bohemian feel. Here, taking into account the size of the space, the idea has been to play with perspective and use large pieces of furniture. Such large rooms cry out for furniture that is similar in scale, so as not to be dwarfed by the vastness of the space.
